Institute Benefits to Members |
- The Institute provides training on property related topics to its members.
- Members of the Institute have access to a medical aid fund which has been specially adapted for members.
- The Institute provides the opportunity for its members to subscribe to an income protector plan which has been specially adapted to the needs of members.
- The Institute represents the interests of its members at the Local Authority.
- The Institute has representation on behalf of its members at the Department of Trade and Industry as well as at the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).
- The Institute remains constantly in touch with new legislation which could effect the industry.
- The Institute, through the combined and individual knowledge and experience of its directors on property industry related matters, gives advice on legal and ethical aspects of the industry - free of charge to its members!
